Job Description
Results-oriented candidate with a strong work ethic. Must be able to demonstrate excellent program management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Expert skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with senior-level business executives and IT personnel to define and execute program requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strategically planning and managing initiatives consisting of program components that meet Departmental, State, and other stakeholder expectations.
- Providing leadership, direction, and oversight of project teams and all vendor-related activities tied to the program.
- Reporting to Sr. Executive Management.
- Authorizing and managing internal and external relationships (agency, Federal, vendor, and other State agencies) and dependencies across initiative components to ensure successful program delivery.
- Ensuring efficient distribution of technical and business resources.
- Coordinating with business executives to initiate or continue projects based on business requirements, performance, and resource availability.
- Establishing and executing adequate project management controls based on industry methodologies and standards.
- Monitoring and controlling cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
- Ensuring quality, security, integration, issue resolution, and handling administrative functions.
- Assessing and monitoring business and financial performance of initiative components from a strategic perspective.
